How scoring works
Nutritional value measures useful nutrients and common nutritional concerns. Longevity support gives greater weight to processing, fibre-rich plant foods, added sugar, sodium, saturated fat, and processed meat.

Fibre-aware meals
A complete meal with no meaningful fibre cannot score above 5.
